Are we required to use your list of vendors?

No, we welcome outside vendors.

How many tables and chairs do you have on site?

We have 200 white padded folding chairs, (12) sixty inch rounds, (12) eight foot rectangular and (4) six foot rectangular included in your rental.

Is alcohol allowed?

Yes, alcohol is allowed with the purchase of insurance. 

Is set up and tear down included in your price?

No, set up and tear down is to be completed during your allotted rental time. We do offer a in house services for an additional fee.

Does your venue have a sound system?

No, but we can certainly recommend local DJ companies. 

How many people can the venue accommodate?

The max capacity of the venue is 200 indoors.

What time will I have access to the venue?

The View at Hillside Barn is custom to your specific day.

When is my rehearsal?

Rehearsals are day of. We recommend your practice with your wedding party at your rehearsal dinner and do a final the day of.

Do you require Event Insurance?

Is there an arbor on site?

Yes, the arbor comes with the venue rental.
